The scale is amazing. I wonder what was in the man’s mind when he decided to build such a “giant” of three floors with turrets and semicircular windows? Wanted to impress your neighbors?
Sometimes it seems to me that this is the motto that guides the residents of elite villages. They don’t think about convenience and rationality. It just needs to be more than your neighbor’s, richer than the rest, and as “unforgettable” as possible. I’m afraid to even imagine how this palace must have been decorated inside.
But we can only guess about this, because the construction site has been abandoned for a very long time. And the luxurious palace is overgrown with bushes and grass.
Why? I assume that easy money tends to run out quickly, so there simply wasn’t enough of it to complete the construction of the “giant.”
All the attributes of a real castle are present here: turrets with semicircular windows, pointed roofs. The architect and the client clearly gravitated towards fairy tales about princesses and knights.
Purely visually, there are more than 1000 square meters, there are three floors, an attic, a basement and two wings. They built it sparing no expense and on a large scale.
Inside, too, everything is like in a castle. There is a basement with spacious rooms and reinforced concrete floors.
In one wing there is a huge bowl for a swimming pool. Apparently, according to the plan, there should be a sauna nearby.
And here is the most pretentious place in the house – a huge main staircase, all three floors high. Just imagine a grandiose crystal chandelier here!
Well, on the third floor there is either a living room or a winter garden with large floor-to-ceiling windows. And two wings with rooms that diverge to the left and right.
In the wings there is a labyrinth of rooms. It’s empty here, and the only interesting thing is the semicircular arched windows. I couldn’t even count the number of rooms and almost got lost there.
Well, to complete the picture, here is a view of this “palace of greed” in its entirety, so that you can appreciate the scale and architectural solutions.
How do you like it? Are we moving in? By the way, it is located in a fairly elite area of the Moscow region, almost reaching the famous Barvikha, where many politicians and celebrities live.
